The full name of A572 Gr65 is ASTM A572 Gr65 (Low-alloy, high-strength niobium-vanadium structural steel).
It is a low-alloy, high-strength niobium-vanadium structural steel produced according to the American ASTM A572/572M specifications.
Its impact temperature is -30°C, equivalent to the Chinese Q450 grade.

Currently, all major steel factories can produce Gr50, Gr60, and Gr65 series steel plate coils.

1. Product Features
ASTMA572 series steel is produced according to American standards and is mainly used for manufacturing transmission line steel tube towers, communication steel tube towers, street light poles, beautification trees, and substation structures.
The grades include ASTMA572 Gr50, Gr60, Gr65. Compared with the national standard Q345B, Q420B, Q460C steel plates, this steel has low carbon and low silicon, high strength, and high toughness.
Through the control of trace elements, the adhesion of the galvanized zinc layer is enhanced, it does not turn black with long-term use, fully guarantees the quality of hot-dip galvanizing, and can undergo various special surface treatments, such as: hot-dip galvanized anodizing, environmental protection plastic spraying, etc.
