Adjust the shear angle to zero, jog the tool holder downward until the upper and lower blades coincide for 1-2mm on the whole length, and then turn off the main motor.

From 50mm away from the end face of the blade, measure the edge clearance every 150mm, and the error is calculated by the difference between the maximum and minimum clearance.

Tolerance (mm): 0.05

Adjust the stopper to the maximum and minimum positions respectively, measure the distance between the stopper and the lower blade at multiple places, at least three places per meter, and the error is calculated by the maximum reading value within any 1000mm length.

Note: the error value at B is only allowed to be too large.

Three target positions shall be set evenly on the whole stroke of the rear stop, and the target position shall be positioned from a fixed reference point according to the linear or step cycle positive (or negative) feed.

The actual distance of the rear stop shall be measured with an inner micrometer, and the error shall be calculated by the maximum difference between the set position and the actual position.

Tolerance (mm): ±0.10

Adjust the rear stop to a certain position, feed from a reference point to the target position, fix the indicator on the magnetic meter base at the target position, and the error is calculated by the difference between the maximum and minimum error.

Place the test piece on the platform, place a 1000mm long inspection ruler against the shear surface of the test piece, and measure the gap between them with a feeler gauge. The error is calculated by the maximum gap value.

Use a vernier caliper to measure the width of the test piece at multiple places (no less than three places per meter). The error is calculated by the maximum reading difference within any 1000mm length.

Tolerance (mm): 0.2/1000

Note: requirements for test pieces for working accuracy inspection:
1. The length of the test piece (Lmax) is the maximum shear width of the plate shear.
2. The width (b) of the test piece shall be 15 times of the thickness of the sheared plate, but shall not be less than 80mm.
3. The thickness of the test piece is half of the maximum shear thickness of the plate shear.
4. The number of test pieces shall not be less than two.
5. The end of the cut sheet is equivalent to 10 times of the plate thickness without inspection. Local burrs and other defects on the cut section are allowed to be removed or moved away during measurement.
