Installation of CNC press brake

Lifting and installation #

The CNC press brake is composed of frame, ram, worktable, oil cylinder, die, hydraulic proportional servo system, position detection system, numerical control system and electrical system.

The rack adopts assembly structure, which is assembled by left and right columns, oil tank, middle beam, bottom beam and worktable main body.

Each component is equipped with lifting holes for lifting and installation.

When lifting, the weight of each component must be considered to select suitable lifting tools and equipment.

The installation accuracy of the CNC press brake will directly affect the geometric accuracy and service performance of the CNC press brake.

Therefore, the installation of the CNC press brake must be carried out by professionals (or the manufacturer sends personnel to the site for guidance).

Before installing the CNC press brake, the foundation must be prepared 15 days ago.

See the figure below for the foundation drawing.

The user shall pour the foundation according to the requirements of the drawing. The shape and depth dimensions marked on the drawing are the minimum dimensions, which can be appropriately increased according to the local endurance.

The cross bar, base plate and power incoming wire indicated in the drawing shall be prepared by the user and embedded as required, and the rest shall be provided by the company.

The surface near the reserved 8 trapezoidal square holes for anchor bolts shall be leveled with a level gauge to facilitate the preliminary adjustment during the installation and setting of the CNC press brake. After the CNC press brake falls on the foundation, the machine shall be leveled with an adjusting wedge.

Pay special attention not to twist the frame, then tighten the anchor bolts and conduct the second pouring.

After the secondary poured cement slurry is dried, the CNC press brake must be accurately adjusted.

The surface of the workbench on which the level gauge is placed shall be free of oil, dust and dirt. After leveling, the longitudinal and transverse levels shall be within 0.2/1000m.

After the installation and adjustment of the CNC press brake, the user can prepare the pit cover plate according to the shape of the CNC press brake.

Electrical wiring #

The CNC press brake is powered by three-phase 380V and 50Hz power supply, the control circuit is provided with AC 220V and 50Hz power supply by the control transformer, and the solenoid valve is powered by DC 24V power supply.

In order to avoid excessive voltage peak caused by current peak, the incoming line of power supply must be reliably connected with the incoming line of power supply with a conductor with sufficient cross-sectional area.

In order to ensure personal and equipment safety, you must make a reliable connection between the grounding of the machine tool and the grounding grid of the workshop with a conductor of the same section as the power incoming line.

Before the CNC press brake is powered on, be sure to check whether the power supply voltage and frequency are consistent with the requirements of the machine. The allowable variation range of power supply voltage is ± 5% and the frequency variation range is ± 1%.

Turn on the power supply, turn on the machine, and observe the rotation direction of the oil pump motor. If the rotation direction is opposite to the marked direction, it is necessary to exchange any two phase lines in the three-phase power supply.

The backup battery in PLC is lithium battery, which can be used for about 5 years.

Note: for Delem DA-60 series CNC system, programmable controller (PLC) is integrated in the CNC system.

Inspection before use #

Before using the machine, first fill the oil tank with hydraulic oil and observe the oil mark. The hydraulic oil should occupy more than 4/5 of the space of the oil mark.

Fill all lubricating points with corresponding grease and lubricating oil.

Determine the thickness of the bending plate and the opening of the lower die (generally, the opening of the die is 8 to 10 times the thickness of the folded plate).
