Main structure of CNC press brake

The CNC press brake is mainly composed of bed, ram, hydraulic system, rear stop, punch and die, protective barrier, electrical control system and front support frame.

Body #

The bed is welded with steel plate and processed as a whole to ensure the rigidity and machining accuracy of the body.

The three-plate structure and hydraulic convex automatic compensation system are adopted for the bed worktable, which solves the deformation of the ram in the sheet metal bending process and its impact on the quality of the bending workpiece.

The compensation amount is automatically adjusted by the CNC system, which is convenient and accurate, and can effectively improve the sheet metal bending accuracy.

Ram #

The ram main board is welded by a whole steel plate and the guide rail, and is connected with the cylinder piston rod through bolts.

The oil cylinder is fixed on the oil cylinder connecting plate above the left and right side plates of the bed.

Through the hydraulic servo synchronous control system, the piston rod drives the ram to move up and down.

The synchronous control precision is high, which can effectively improve the repeated positioning accuracy of the ram and the sheet metal bending accuracy.

Hydraulic system #

The hydraulic system of the CNC press brake adopts the integrated hydraulic control system, which effectively reduces the installation of pipelines, overcomes the phenomenon of oil leakage, is convenient for maintenance, improves the working stability of the machine, and makes the appearance of the machine more beautiful and concise.

Backgauge #

The high-speed and large lead backgauge mechanism driven by linear guide rail and ball screw is adopted.

According to the needs of users, the system can control up to six axis, namely X1 and X2 axis in the front and rear directions, R1 and R2 axis in the up and down directions, and Z1 and Z2 axis in the left and right directions, which is very convenient for the positioning of workpieces.

Mold #

According to the needs of users, sectional upper dies with different lengths can be equipped, which can be assembled into a certain length according to the requirements of workpieces to meet the processing requirements of special workpieces.

It can also be equipped with upper die hydraulic clamping device or mechanical fast clamping device to reduce workers’ labor intensity and improve production efficiency.

CNC system #

The CNC system adopts Delem, Esa, Cybtouch and Estun brand systems, which are the most advanced press brake control systems in the world.

Protective fence #

Protective barriers are set on the left, right and rear sides of the press brake to prevent machine operators or outsiders from opening the protective barriers and entering the dangerous area when the machine is working.

According to the user’s requirements, the upper limit switch can be installed on the inner side of these guardrails.

When the machine is working, once the protective fence is opened, the safety protection alarm indicator is on, and the machine cannot continue to work. After the operator resets the protective fence, press the reset button, and the machine can work again.

Front support frame #

The front support frame is installed on the front plate of the machine, which is convenient for holding large-size workpieces for bending and forming.

The distance between the two supporting frames can be adjusted according to needs, and the height can also be adjusted according to the height of different lower molds, so as to support the bending requirements of plates of different sizes.
