The hydraulic bending press includes a bracket, a table and a clamping plate.

The workbench is placed on the support, and the workbench is composed of a base and a press plate.

The base is connected to the clamping plate by a hinge, and is composed of a seat shell, a coil and a cover plate.

The coil is placed in the recess of the housing, and the top of the recess is covered with a cover.

When in use, the coil is energized by the wire. After the power is applied, gravity is generated on the press plate, thereby clamping the thin plate between the press plate and the base.

Thanks to the electromagnetic clamping, the press plate can be made into the workpiece with a variety of requirements, and the workpiece with the side walls can be processed.

Structure and characteristics

  • It adopts all-steel welded structure with sufficient strength and rigidity.
  • Hydraulic transmission, the oil cylinders at both ends of the machine are placed on the ram to directly drive the sliding work.
  • The ram synchronization mechanism uses the torsion axis to force synchronization.
  • It adopts mechanical block structure, which is stable and reliable.
  • The ram stroke is maneuvered quickly, manually fine-tuned, and the counter is displayed.
  • Oblique wedge crowning mechanism to ensure high bending accuracy.

Operation instructions

We will briefly introduce the ordinary hydraulic bending press machine by processing Q235 sheet:

1) First, turn on the power, turn on the key switch on the control panel, and then press the oil pump to start, so you will hear the sound of the oil pump. (The machine does not work at this time)

2) Stroke adjustment

The use of the bending press machine must pay attention to adjust the stroke, must test the running before bending.

When the upper die of the bending machine goes down to the bottom, it must ensure a gap in the thickness of the plate, otherwise it will cause damage to the mold and the machine.

The adjustment of the stroke is also equipped with electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment.

3) Bending vee opening width selection

Generally choose a notch with a width of 8 times the thickness of the plate.

For a sheet with a thickness of 4 mm, a notch of about 32mm is required.

4) Back gauge adjustment

Generally, there are electric quick adjustment and manual fine adjustment, the method is same as the shearing machine.

5) Step on the foot switch to start bending

Different from the shearing machine, the bending machine can be loosened at any time. After the foot is released, the bending machine will stop, and then press again, the upper die of the bending machine will continue go down.

Maintenance

The upper die should be aligned with the lower die and then turned off the machine until the maintenance work is completed.

If need to turn on the machine or do some other operations, the manual mode should be selected and the security must be ensured.

The maintenance are as follows:

Hydraulic oil circuit

Check the oil level of the fuel tank every week. If the hydraulic system is repaired, check it. The hydraulic oil should be filled when the oil level is lower than the oil window;

The hydraulic oil used in this machine is ISO HM46 or MOBIL DTE25;

The oil should be changed after 2000 hours of work, and the oil should be changed after every 4000~6000 hours of operation. The oil tank should be cleaned every time the oil is changed;

The system oil temperature should be between 35 °C~60 °C, and should not exceed 70 °C. If it is too high, it will cause deterioration of oil quality and accessories.

The filter

The filter should be replaced or thoroughly cleaned each time the oil is changed;

When the machine has related alarms or oil quality is not clean which cause the abnormal of the filter, the filter should be replaced in time;

The air filter on the fuel tank should be inspected and cleaned every 3 months, preferably 1 year.

Hydraulic components

Clean hydraulic components (substrates, valves, motors, pumps, tubing, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system. Do not use detergents;

After using the new machine for one month, check the bend of each tubing for deformation, and replace it if there is any abnormality. After two months of use, the joints of all accessories should be tightened. Shut down the machine when doing this work to make the system stress free.
