Introduction
The Universal Plate Roll Bending Machine operates using hydraulic transmission to move the upper roller, and the lower roller is moved horizontally through hydraulic transmission as well.

The operating system is centrally controlled electrically. The machine is capable of simultaneously pre-bending both ends of the plate and performing specific shaping and leveling on the metal sheet.
Types of universal plate roll bending machine
The universal plate bending machine is divided into:
- Large universal upper roller bending machine
- Medium-sized universal upper roller bending machine
- Small universal upper roller bending machine
The main features of the universal bending machine:
- Unique bending process for superior products
- High precision end pre-bending
- Continuous bending without back angle
- Bending process digital control
- Man-machine dialogue control interface
- Efficient intelligent operation physical bending process software
- Automatic compensation of bending process
- One-man operation
- Efficient, safe, convenient
- The curved shape has different shapes such as rolled O-shape, U-shape, and multi-section R.
Rolling machine safety operation procedures
1. The roll bending machine must have a designated manager.
2. The operator must be knowledgeable in the machine’s structural capabilities and proper usage of the coiler. Operations can only be carried out after approval from the management personnel.
3. Prior to starting the machine, the safety devices must be thoroughly checked.
4. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to place hands and feet on the rollers, transmission parts, or workpiece.
5. When interrupting work, the clutch should be shifted to neutral.
6. Collaborative work involving multiple individuals must be overseen by a designated supervisor.
7. Overloading the machine is strictly prohibited.
8. The upper roller should not be lifted or lowered, the bearing should not be reset, and the upper roller’s balance should not be adjusted until the main drive has been stopped.
9. Workpieces and debris should not be stacked in the workspace to maintain a clean and organized environment.
10. Once the operation is finished, the power should be turned off and the power box should be locked.
Maintenance procedures
1. According to the lubrication diagram, lubricate the oil cup and manual lubrication points as required.
2. Conduct the roll bending process in accordance with the parameters specified by the roll bending machine. The thickness of the coil should be 20mm and the maximum length should be 2500mm. The sheet material’s yield limit should not exceed 250Mpa.
3. After turning on the power, verify that the movement of the lower roller in both forward and reverse directions and the upper roller is normal by conducting a lifting movement.
4. Strictly follow the processing procedure and operating method. Exercise caution when lifting the upper roller to its limit position to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
5. When the main drive is stopped, the upper roller can be lifted, the inverted bearing can be reset by tilting, and the upper roller can be lifted.
6. If any abnormal noises or impacts are detected during operation, stop the machine immediately and initiate an inspection.
7. The operating personnel should work together and follow the instructions of the person in charge of the machine. Starting the machine without authorization is prohibited.
8. When carrying out the rolling process, take care to avoid getting your hand pressed by the steel plate or rolled into the machine with the steel plate.
9. While lifting the steel plate or reel with a crane, be mindful to avoid colliding with the machine.
10. After completing the roll bending, clean the site and perform maintenance on the equipment. Remember to turn off the power when finished.
