MachineMFG Return and Refund Policy


At MachineMFG, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our metalworking machinery and equipment. We understand that our products are significant investments for our customers, and we strive to ensure complete satisfaction. However, we recognize that under certain circumstances, a return or refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed to ensure clarity and satisfaction for both MachineMFG and our valued customers.

Eligibility for Return

Due to the nature of our products, returns are subject to strict conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Equipment: If the equipment arrives defective or damaged, the customer must report the issue to MachineMFG within seven (7) business days of receipt. MachineMFG will assess the claim and, if validated, will arrange for repair, replacement, or return as appropriate.
  • Incorrect Product: If the customer receives a product that is different from what was ordered, notification must be made to MachineMFG within seven (7) business days of receipt. Arrangements will be made to rectify the error with the correct product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Custom or special order items
  • Items that have been used or altered
  • Items that have been installed or integrated into the customer’s operations

Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must adhere to the following process:

  1. Notification: Contact MachineMFG’s customer service team to report the issue and request a return.
  2. Return Authorization: MachineMFG will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the equipment.
  3. Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and covering the cost of shipping for the return. The equipment must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, MachineMFG will inspect the returned item to confirm the condition and validate the return claim.

Refund Process

If a return is approved, the following refund process will apply:

  • Repair or Replacement: If the item is repairable or replaceable, MachineMFG will first attempt to rectify the issue. If the customer prefers a refund instead, the refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be processed for the original purchase price minus any shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Timing: Refund processing will occur within thirty (30) business days of the receipt and inspection of the returned item.


  • MachineMFG is not responsible for any loss of production, time, revenue, or indirect costs incurred due to the return of the product.
  • Returns will not be accepted beyond thirty (30) days from the original delivery date.
  • MachineMFG reserves the right to charge a restocking fee for any returned item, which will be communicated at the time of the return authorization.
